By entering a giveaway hosted by NEPA Giveaways (powered by NEPA Marketplace) (“Giveaway”), you (“Participant” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: Giveaways are open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements specified by the Business Owner hosting the Giveaway. Unless otherwise stated, you must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. How to Enter: To enter a Giveaway, follow the instructions provided on the Giveaway entry page. Only entries submitted through the official entry method will be accepted.
3. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner(s) will be notified via email within 3 days of the Giveaway end date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
4. Prize: The prize(s) will be as described in the Giveaway details. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Business Owner.
5. Release of Liability: By participating in a Giveaway, you release NEPA Marketplace, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as the Business Owner providing the prize, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
6. Use of Personal Information (Important!): By entering a Giveaway, you agree that your email address and any other personal information provided may be used by both the Business Owner sponsoring the Giveaway and NEPA Marketplace for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes receiving email newsletters, special offers, and other marketing communications. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or by contacting the respective party directly.
7. General Conditions: NEPA Marketplace reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. NEPA Marketplace also reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
9. Agreement to Terms: By entering a NEPA Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
